Precinct Caucus February 7th
What is a DFL precinct caucus? Your precinct caucus is a neighborhood meeting. It is the first step in the endorsement process for electing candidates to local, state, and national offices. Precinct caucuses are also where we cast ballots in a presidential preference poll, Minnesota’s first contest of the 2012 presidential election.
MAPE members attend GOP’s 'Reform 2.0' Stillwater meeting

On Wednesday afternoon, numerous MAPE members attended a GOP “Reform 2.0” meeting at Stillwater City Hall with House Majority Leader Matt Dean, Senator Ted Lillie (R-Scandia), Senator Ray Vandeveer (R-Forest Lake) and Representative Kathy Lohmer (R-Lake Elmo).

This month, we will be meeting at the Woodbury Davanni’s. Davanni's is located at 1905 Donegal Dr, which is near Valley Creek Road and Radio Drive, near the Blockbuster and Walgreen’s. If people are interested, we can pool money to buy some pizzas, or we can each buy our own.
At these meetings, the senate district’s central committee discusses our current and future activities. The central committee is made up of district-wide officers as well as precinct chairs. These members are able to vote at our meetings, but all are welcome to attend.
